Totalmobile is a leading provider of Field Service Management (FSM) software, optimizing frontline workforces across a range of sectors including facilities management, utilities, and the public sector.

Objective

Totalmobile wanted a PR team that would be an extension of its own marketing team, supporting the company on its journey through multiple acquisitions and new customer wins. The objective was to deliver an effective strategy across the UK and Northern Ireland, where the company is headquartered.

Challenge

Totalmobile previously worked with a smaller PR agency, but it wanted to ramp up its public relations activity to make a bigger splash in the FSM world, particularly with an abundance of acquisitions lined up.

Approach

With its specialist customers, the Touchdown team knew it needed to maximize new wins and success stories to attract more prospective customers, as well as potential investors. So, the team initially focused on the news announcements that were lined up with a variety of Totalmobile’s customers, taking advantage of the recent and exciting momentum the company had built up. After developing a regular news schedule over the first quarter and prioritizing this outreach there was a pipeline of new content ready to continue promoting Totalmobile’s messaging.
